Use of Vestige

Vestige is a digital product designed to support reflective financial rituals, gentle self-observation, and a calmer relationship with money.

Please read these Terms carefully together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use Vestige.

Subscriptions and Trials

Vestige may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including promotional or introductory free-trial periods such as a 7-day trial. If you begin a free trial and do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, your subscription may automatically renew and your Apple ID account may be charged according to the subscription plan you selected.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings. Pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's standard terms and conditions.

Apple Standard EULA

If you downloaded Vestige through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement where applicable: Apple Standard EULA.

Vestige is intended for informational, reflective, and wellness-oriented use only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or mental health advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Vestige, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that could harm Vestige, other users, or third parties.

Availability and Changes

Vestige may evolve over time. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Vestige if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if continued access could create risk or harm.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vestige is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
